What if my product is damaged?
When your item(s) arrive, inspect the packaging. If you notice any damage, even to the box, make a note of it when signing for delivery. If you suspect damage but cannot open the package during delivery, write "suspect damage" on the delivery receipt. If your item(s) arrive damaged, email photos to support@shopatblissful.com. We will process a replacement or refund within one business day.
