Refund and Returns Policy

- Shipping Costs: If your purchase arrives damaged or is not as expected, we cover the return shipping costs. However, if you wish to return an item due to a change of mind, you are responsible for the return shipping fees.
- Defective or Damaged Items: Notify us within 30 days if your product is defective or damaged. We will arrange the return at no additional cost. Upon receipt and assessment, we will either replace the item or issue a full refund, including original shipping charges.
- Change of Mind Returns: If you decide to return an item for reasons other than defect within 30 days, you must cover the return shipping costs. Ensure the item is unused and in its original packaging. Upon receiving the item in acceptable condition, we will refund the item's cost, deducting the initial shipping fee.
- Refunds: Once we receive and inspect your returned product, we will promptly initiate a refund. Refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 7 business days. Please note, depending on your bank or card issuer, it may take additional time for the refund to appear on your statement.
